Oh, Hello

My name is Emily Taylor Smart, and I am a designer currently based in Norman, Oklahoma, working as the Visual Designer and Development Assistant at the Norman Firehouse Art Center and taking on freelance projects at Toast Design Studio. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BFA in Visual Communications in May 2013; during my time there, I worked for 5 years as the designer for the Firehouse Art Center, a non-profit community arts center in Norman. Following my graduation, I worked as an Interactive Designer at Ride For The Brand in Fort Worth, Texas. My strengths lie in collaboration, problem solving, and designing across a variety of media (including physical, digital, and experience based design).
